Marketing Hub- Email Tests and Actual Emails will not send to our own organization
When creating emails in Marketing Hub, they will not send to anybody in our organization. I have used my personal email account to establish that the emails are sending (they are) but neither the test messages nor the actual messages will come through for us. I have checked my junk folder and have also checked our spam filter service- they are not going to either of those locations. To add to it, the report for sent emails does state that the message was delivered.
We use this tool to check messages before they are sent out, as well as to keep our own staff up to date regarding announcements and promos. Please let me know if I am overlooking a setting so that I can get this working properly.
