Mask values in options in Zoho Forms to improve integration with Zoho CRM

The idea is simple and part of it is already implemented.

Basically, it would be great to be able to assign an alphanumeric value to questions with choices in Zoho Forms and have that value exported to the CRM or for reports, instead of the choice visually available for the respondent. This already exists to add numeric value to options, for calculations, within the form.

This will allow multi-language Forms without compromising the CRM, and better user-friendly forms. In addition, will provide better automation capabilities and do not hinder (or reduce complexity) of Blueprints, automation, scripts and other workflows within the CRM.

Example

You have 2 forms in different languages, the options users choose are going to go to the CRM as 2 different options in that field, as they are not exact both will be created.

English: What do you want to eat? Reply: Hamburguer
Spanish: ¿Qué quieres comer? Reply: Hamburguesa

These two options would be different currently.  Thus, if there is a workflow activated with the field option of Hamburguer and not "Hamburguesa" the automation will not work. Also, reports will be different for Hamburguer and for Hamburguesa.

If we could mask the actual value es "Hamburguer", both would be the same in the CRM.

In addition, check the next use case with only 1 language and better user friendly (and employee-friendly too in the CRM):
English options in Form question: What Hamburguer you want?
- "Hamburguer1: Lettuce, onion, tomato, capsicum, bun"
- "Hamburguer2: Tomato, beef, cheese and pork"
- "I dont want a hamburguer, I want a pizza"

If we have automations in the CRM for Hamburguer1, Hamburguer 2 and Pizza, these will not work because the record will be the whole option. If we could just mask a value for that field as "Hamburguer1", "Hamburguer2" and "Pizza", this would be solved and we could provide more friendlier and detailed choice options to the person filling the form to guide them. We could even add clarifications for the respondent that are NOT needed for an employee back in the CRM. Or even my employees may not know all the different languages or have different native languages and thus we would like to have all the CRM in the same language.

We have long forms in different languages, with technical terms, with userfriendly responses, and this is just making it impossible to make simple automations. We end up having a field in the CRM that originally had only 3 options, with dozens.

This would be something that could be implemented in Zoho Forms and that would create a MUCH BETTER integration.

There are plenty of more actions one can do with this simple but powerull feature.
