Mass Update Assigned Recruiters

Hello All, Our Firm has many recruiters. We often rotate the jobs we would like each of them to work on, so that they do not get worn out on working the same jobs over and over. The assigned recruiter field in the job order would be a great help for this. However it is not available to be mass updated from the List view. In order to change the job assignments, we would need to open each job order individually and pick the assigned recruiters one by one. This process is so cumbersome that we do not currently use that field. It would be much easier if we could simply mass update this field from the list view. Please add that feature, it would greatly improve our process and the usefulness of Zoho Recruit to our organization.
