Medical equipment service scenario for Zoho CRM and Books

Hey, I'm creating a system in zoho crm but there's a confusion in the flow how It can be developed into the zoho crm. 
 We provide a medical equipment service. Every time a client need a product so we've to get first prescription from the doctor when the product approved by the office so then I'll be sent to customer as a quotation. There will be multiple products and are not send in the same quotation. E.g. There are 3 products and one can be send this week other two will be send after 2 months and client can reject any of the product. Please share your views If you have any Idea. Thank you 
 - Process might be something like this --> Lead + products --> contact + products --> approval process --> books Quotation--> Invoice

        I'd like to pull new leads from the CRM system, into Creator, on a daily basis. Is this possible?   Yes, it is possible. Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM are integrated with each other, enabling you to synchronize data between them. This is done by fetching records from CRM into a Zoho Creator form.
