Meeting acceptance not being sent

Meeting acceptance not being sent

Zoho is not sending meeting acceptance emails.

When I use the zoho web interface or app to accept an invitation it is added to my calendar but the meeting organiser does not receive an email acceptance.

This is for meeting organisers external to my domain/zoho account.

Can anyone help with this - I'm currently having to email each person back manually.
