Meme-Upload Issue

I have gone through the threads and don't see that this question has been asked already.  If it has been, my apologies for the redundant posting.

I am unable to upload .jpg memes for posts.  I have done so successfully in the past; that's not the case now.  Each meme is a vocabulary word with a definition on it.  To further test, I attempted to upload a past meme that was able to be uploaded, and I am still getting the error message, "There appears to be a problem."

Is there a current problem with this feature?  Is anyone else experiencing this issue?  If so, what steps to resolution have you taken?
