@mention a location or department

@mention a location or department

we have various locations where users are located. How can we @ mention @toronto for example?
in the same token, putting any location in the DEPARTMENT of a user's profile does not allow you to @mention that department/location either.

short of creating redundant groups, how can i @message a 'group' of users?
