Hello Zoho Team,
I have integrated Zoho SalesIQ with my Facebook page to manage customer interactions. While I can receive messages from customers through Facebook in Zoho SalesIQ without issues, I’ve noticed that when I reply to customers directly from Facebook, the replies are sent to the customer but do not appear in Zoho SalesIQ.
This results in only the customer’s messages being logged in SalesIQ, and my responses are missing from the conversation history, making it difficult to track conversations properly.
I have tried re-authenticating the integration but the issue persists. Can you please provide assistance or suggest a solution to ensure both incoming and outgoing messages are fully synced between Facebook and SalesIQ?
