MFA & MS Outlook

I just installed the Zoho MFA app, and there's a problem. MS Outlook, on Mac, iPad, and Win10, can no longer access my email account. I can get in using a web browser, but not with Outlook. Outlook says it needs a password. I've tried my old password, I've tried the MFA passphrase, I've tried generating an application-specific password. No go. I hate webmail. Does anyone have any idea on how to get Outlook to work again?
