Microsoft Outlook Sync

Hi,

I have Microsoft 10 and have installed the app for it to sync with Zoho. It installed and I finished the installation, however there is a small pop up where it seems its asking me to log in with a user name and password. It is not letting me sign in and freezes up. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Thank you!
