Minimum hours not submitted notification

We collect hours from each of our employees once a month or twice a month depending on the employee.

There is a minimum amount of hours required for each employee (typically 40, 50, 55 hours a week)). 

Is there a way to send an alert from Zoho People with a person has not submitted the required amount of hours from the past pay period? For example:
 A - Suzy's time must be entered on the 15th every month. On the 16th of October, 2020. She is required to report 40 hours of work each week. There are 30 days from the last period ending on September 15. The minimum number of hours = 30/7*40 = 171.43 hours. If her submitted time for this period < 171.43 a notification is sent to one email address. The check would run on the 15th at 11PM.
