Minor issues with Zoho Writer

We have a work contract that was originally typed up in MS Word. It contains tables, text boxes and images.

When imported to Zoho it looks terrible. THe original two page document is now four pages.

The main reason for the issues is that the smallest font size in Writer appears to be 7 on most fonts. IS there a font that supports size 5?

The second page of our contract was all originally size 5. The second issue is that the left column in the tables had vertical text. 
so it now looks like below instead of the characters lying on their sides. I see in sheets I can rotate vertical text but it doesn't appear to be an option in writer.
