Missed Chat Notification?

When we miss a customer chat (or we are away from the chat), we do not get any kind of email notification that we missed a chat.  We have to physically open SalesIQ to see what we may have missed.  Is there a way to have any missed or unanswered chats sent to our email so that we can respond to the customer?

Also, on the mobile app, I have notifications set to ON, but if I am not actively in the App I do not get notifications that someone is attempting to chat with me so that I can answer them.

Can you let me know if I am doing something wrong?
