One of our field workers has noticed that when he adds a note to a "Contact", the note is not visible from the corresponding "Account" record.  We expect that this functionality should work as it does through a browser session - where the note added to "Contact" is visible from both "Contact" and "Account".  This issue is experienced on both the iPad and the iPhone.  The app is the latest version - no further updates are available.

Any assistance with this issue would be appreciated.
