Mobile app crashing

I can no longer open the Zoho CRM mobile app on my iPhone. Every time I try, I see the start screen for a few seconds and then it crashes.

I have an iPhone 7 Plus, running iOS 10.1.1.

Does anyone know of a solution to this?
