Hello everyone, 

I have just started using Zoho CRM. I purchased an account today (standard edition) for one month and I am setting everything  up so I can convince other shareholders that we need this software- excel is not a CRM Tool :) 

I am trying to use the Zoho app but I get the following error: 'user not active' 

steps: 
1. download ios app 
2. enter correct password and email address
3. user not active error
