You can use Zoho Learn as your company’s internal knowledge base to create and organize processes, procedures, and policies in one central place. You can get started building your knowledge base by creating manuals from the knowledge module.

 

Alternatively, you can also use Zoho Learn to build training programs and measure the results of those programs. To create training programs for your learners, you can build courses from the learning module. You can learn more about course creation in this section.
