I'm testing this product for possible deployment.  Is there a setting so that while you share the Technician desktop that you can see the Customer move the mouse or see customer's mouse pointer in addition to your own? I was only able to see my mouse pointer. I had to watch and wait for rollovers to illuminate when an element was ultimately selected by my test customer. FYI, I was using IE 11 on Win 7 and my test subject was using Chrome on Win 7.  While my test customer shared their desktop, the opposite was true.  They couldn't see my mouse, just the results.
