Moving files between dropbox folders

Hi everyone.

I have started testing Zoho CRM for potential Enterprise use. I am preparing a use case presentation for my managers. The biggest selling point would be that it can be modified according to our needs. I have hit a bit of a snag here. I am trying to create a script using that would move all files from a single folder to another. Is this possible to do using Deluge script? Additional benefit would be if i could limit the moving to administrators only (eg. employee leaves the company a manager can use the script to relocate the folders but another sales rep cannot...

Is this possible to do?
