MS Outlook Add-In for Zoho CRM: Can't Download
We've been using the older, 32-bit version of the Outlook plug-in for the past few years. I wanted to download and test the new MS Outlook Add-in for Zoho CRM, but every time I attempt to download the app from the Office App store, which takes me to Microsoft 365, I receive an error message stating "app can't be downloaded."
To answer the obvious questions:
- Yes, I've followed the instructions at https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/crm/integrations/microsoft/ms-outlook-add-in-for-zoho-crm/articles/outlook-add-in-for-zoho-crm
- Yes, I'm logged in to my Office account when I attempt to download
We don't use Microsoft Outlook 365; we use Outlook 2019 MSO (16.0.10368.20035) 32-bit. It looks like the add-in is supposed to work with this version.
So, I am looking for suggestions on how to make this work. If it can't work, then I'd like to know that, too.
