Anyone have any fixes? or can Zoho's team respond please
  1. When entering data into the crm sidebar, if you hit [backspace] key to delete a character, outlook deletes the currently selected email, and the character you want to delete in the crm sidebar remains.
  2. When using Office365 to login to crm sidebar, any attempts to open the external browser window to do more rigorous contact editing, or select the correct 'account' for the customer, have no result. an 'Internet Explorer' window is opened, but it shows the Zoho CRM login screen. All attempts to relogin via this explorer window have failed.
  3. Its 2019. No one is using "Internet Explorer" anymore. Its not even considered safe. Can the CRM plugin use the default browser instead of default to 'internet explorer'
