I'm currently working on a project involving two (seperate) brands. Named 'Windeck' and 'Prolance'.
They've chosen CRM Plus and I'm currently working on CRM, SalesIQ, Social and Marketing Automation.
So far, I'm able to make enough separations winthin the system to split up the two brands.
SalesIQ
and Social already have these features so that was easy. For CRM it
also works with some configuration and adding multiple email addresses.
The problem
The main issue I face is properly splitting up the two brands in Marketing Automation (2.0).
I
can create different campaigns and journey's with multiple sender
addresses. But for some reason this can't be done for auto emails from
the page:
'Signup pages and emails'
Here you can only communicate via ONE email address with ONE sender name.
So
I can either choose Windeck, which will result in Prolance leads
receiving emails from sender Windeck (which they never heard of)
Or vise versa.
This isn't multi branding at all. So now our customer feels like he's given a product that doesn't work at all for them.
I'm expected to present them a solution to this issue but so far I haven't found anything proper I can use to solve this.
Can you please help me with this? Or do you have any tips?
An extra Marketing Automation portal is not an option since you can only connect one CRM portal.
