Multi-Program Agency: Creating Report To Check for Program CrossOver?
Hi!
My NGO currently has 4 programs tied to Extended Reach. As an administrator, I can see, run reports on, and manage all of them. Functionally, all programs are separate, collect different data, provide separate services, etc and quite frequently we have a client that is receiving services from 2 or more of these programs. We can see these client's program files are tied within Extended Reach, but we can't seem to find a way to run a report under zoho that captures/shows an overview of this cross over. Several of our grants are requiring us to report on this cross over, but we are having trouble capturing these numbers accurately. Between the 4 programs, we have 2000 separate cases and easily serve over a thousand separate individuals (so manual counting is not practical).
Any ideas or tips?
