Multiple forms from different Modules in one email?

Hello everyone,

We're facing an issue with our CRM system regarding the handling of forms across different modules. Our CRM has a Parent Module "A" with five sub-modules, each collecting distinct information and requiring different forms.

Currently, each form has a CRM field to ensure that when a client fills it out, the information updates the correct sub-module. However, we've encountered a challenge when attempting to send emails directly from Module A. Due to the necessity of unique IDs from each sub-module for the form update to function correctly, we're unable to include each form from Module A as desired.

Our goal is to streamline the process and avoid requiring users to manually send emails from each sub-module. Additionally, we want to prevent clients from receiving multiple emails.

Is there a solution or workaround that would allow us to send forms from the Parent Module "A" while still ensuring proper functionality and avoiding duplicate emails for clients?
