Multiple issues with signup forms

I'm testing Zoho campaigns and considering whether we should move from Mailchimp. Working with the signup forms, I've encountered multiple issues from just a few hours of playing around:

- When you edit the signup forms in Zoho everything looks fine in preview, but after embedding the form on my site, some of the changes I've made revert back to the default. In my case, the font label and font color didn't change.
- For the banner forms, there's default text you simply can't change, i.e. where it says "Join Our Newsletter". This seems quite absurd, and I was forced to put a block of color on top of it to hide the text.
- Some of the banner forms have labels (i.e. "E-mail", "Name" etc.) which cannot be translated or removed.
- No possibility of having a transparent background, i.e. difficult to deploy on your website and making it look like a natural part of the site.
- A total of 10 fonts (!) where some are useless (comic sans....) to choose from makes it almost impossible to create a form that's in harmony with the design of my site. I've read about the difficulties with fonts not being installed on all computers, and that might be, but compared to Mailchimp and other competitors, it seems like Zoho is lagging behind here.. 
- The option for adding a line on terms and conditions etc. is not editable. I cannot change the color or size and it is very tiny by default and in a different font than what I would like. All I can do is change the text itself... 
- Very few options on designing the forms, for instance not possible to have rounded corners on the submit button. Then it looks weird if all other buttons on my site is rounded and the newsletter signup is squared... 

I really appreciate Zoho so far, with many, many great features. But the lack of up-to-date tools on the signup forms really surprised me and makes me worried (as we're considering a larger move to Zoho) if I encounter the same issues on other apps.

I'd love to get some feedback from Zoho staff on these issues, are any improvement underway or have I misunderstood some functionality?
