My web forms are getting spammed

My web forms are getting spammed

I'm getting spam on my web forms. Most of the content are in Russian as well as the links inside the content. But i checked the live traffic, it showed no Russian IP.

I'm not sure how the Captcha got bypassed easily. I've been having this problem for almost a month now. How can i stop or prevent more spam on my forms?

Some help would be really nice. Thanks.
