Need Help for Zoho Survey

Hello,

Actually i have created for zoho survey and i have sent 500 emailid's out of 500, 445 emails are failed so i have done is i have collect those failed emailid's and againg created survey and resent the same emailid's but its not sent. can you please help me how to send againg those email id's..
