About three weeks ago, Books stopped importing transactions into three accounts. Books disconnected from all three, and I do not know why. No passwords had been changed.
I successfully reconnected the checking account, but only one of the credit card accounts.
My credit card accounts are corporate credit accounts which each contains two persons with discreet card numbers. Both user's charged appear on a single statement, and are paid as a single payment.
Since January when I started using Books, both credit card accounts have been importing, correctly each into its own single Books Banking account. That's two (and ONLY two) different credit card account (AMEX and VISA) which each has two cards associated with it.
To reconnect the second credit card account I am presented with 3 card numbers. Two of the card numbers match the user's card numbers, the third number matches nothing…but might be relevant?
I dare not incorrectly reconnect this account for fear of "corrupting" Books data, with no way to restore from backup. Therefore, I have not yet tried to do so.
I have interacted with Books support directly via email. They say "I had this checked with my team and have received an update on the same. I'm afraid you would have to connect the card accounts separately, as we currently cannot fetch feeds combined into a single account. Please try connecting the individual accounts and let us know if you are receiving the feeds correctly."
This is false. I know it is false because it has been working for both credit card accounts since January, and is working as-expected for the newly reconnected account. I can show transactions from both credit accounts to prove it, and have shown a few screen shots to Books support.
I hate to expose Zoho Support this way, because I have found them very helpful.
Please, somebody, help me find a way to escalate this within Zoho support.
