"Need permission ..." stubborn issue

I keep running into issues with Zoho-Drive: Access Denied 

I am permanently logged into my Zoho account on my main computer. I can open up Drive and see all my folders and files, but when I try to download a file, or copy a file from one location on my computer to Drive I keep getting this annoying message about "permissions needed":




How can I remedy this issue?
