Need the ability to have client users use My Area for multiple Zoho products in one place - Zoho One for my customers
Problem:
My Area is really useful in helping expose legacy support issues to customers and can assist with staff churn at our customer's organization to more easily get new users up to speed. However, My Area does not include a 360 "One" portal view for our customers (versus us as Zoho customers) to review account/contacts/issues/projects/global knowledge base articles/global community forms we are working on for/with our customers.
Is there a way to create a merged view to expose at the global account level the various modules our teams work across?
