the system is very good. It is great that you keep on innovating the system and add new functionalites.
However, please:
1. let the users know concerning all the updates and changes, not only some, the major ones, but also about the little ones. they influence our work a lot
2. use at least some structure and plan in innovations - from the user point of view they seem very chaotic, coming randomly, very often influencing processes and automation that have already been in place. It causes a lot of chaos and continuous necessity of changing the internal processes (ie fields not working or working in a different way, fields are suddenly locked without a possibility to be changed, some changes require double entries to be able to keep the process and also to be able to use new functions, etc)
3. when adding a new feature/functionality think of a future use and its development before you release it (connected to the point No.2)
4. when adding a new functionality/enhancement, inform the users directly, for which edition it is meant for, not to lose time searching for it, if it was made for other edition than the one currently used (ie many new features are for enterprise or professional edition, however they are presented as general functions for the entire Zoho Recruit)
Keep in mind that anything you change, has a significant influence on your users. Do not force us to do extra work.
