New Features and Enhancements in Zoho Vault - May 2018
Hello,
Today we are happy to announce a bunch of new features and enhancements in Zoho Vault. Most of these features are built to improve the application security and privacy.
- Security alerts: Administrators will now receive alerts via email when a user is trying to access vault from restricted IP addresses. Users will also be alerted when their account has had five unsuccessful passphrase attempts.
- Audit activity: Actions performed on audit and report tabs such as view and export are now captured along with the IP address and time stamp.
Privacy settings:
- User data retention: Option to configure the number of days until which the user data should be retained after user deletion.
- Mark as personal data: Option to enable privacy settings for personal data.
- Password protection for data export: Option to export audits and reports with password protection.
- We have added single sign-on (SSO) support for 25+ new apps and 100 websites. If the website/app which you are using is not found in our supported list, you can directly raise a request from our UI.
