New filters for Zoho Workerly's Shift Scheduling feature!
Hola!
On the scheduling board, you might have noticed that Zoho Workerly used to list out only those temps with the 'Active' temp status. At times, you might be missing out on having the most eligible temp for the shift.
At Zoho Workerly, we know the quality of temps matters. And here is an update for you:
You can now view all temps (both active and inactive) on your scheduling board. Simply choose the All Matching Active & Inactive Temps filter on the scheduling board, and you're good to go.
Note: You can also choose the All Matching Active Temps filter to view temps whose status is Active.
Upon selecting temp(s) with the 'Inactive' status, you will be prompted. Here's how to proceed:
- If you have enough temp licenses purchased, but the status of selected temp(s) is Inactive, their status will be automatically changed to Active when you create shifts for them. Please ensure you have the change temp status option enabled for your profile, and keep in mind that the respective temp licenses will be activated when you create shifts for any inactive temp.
Note: If you choose Inactive temps when scheduling a shift, only upon completing the shift scheduling process will the temps' status be changed to 'Active' and the required temp license(s) be activated. If you cancel the process in between, the selected temp(s) will remain 'Inactive' and temp license(s) will not be used. These temp license(s) can then be used to create shifts for other matching temps.
- If you do not have enough temp license(s) purchased and the status of selected temps is Inactive, you will be prompted to purchase the required license(s) before creating the shifts. This can be done without having to leave the page.

May the tempforce be with you!
