What are Zaps?
Zaps are workflows that link two or more apps together. Zap consists of two parts, a trigger and an action. A trigger is an event in an app that starts the Zap and the action is what the Zap does in response to the trigger.
Here's an example to understand trigger and action:
Let's say you want to set up a Zap to automatically save all your incoming Gmail attachments to a Team Folder in Zoho WorkDrive. In this case, the trigger is an incoming email with attachments and the action is the file being saved within WorkDrive. Setting up a Zap for this means you don't need to manually download attachments and upload the file to WorkDrive every single time.
