New Member Says She Can't Connect Due To Previous Membership

I am trying to invite a new user to my Connect App. She says she is getting error messages since she previously used Zoho with the same email and evidently she cannot be part of two groups. This sounds to me like she could be confused... or is there something I need to tell her to do specifically, so she can use Zoho Connect for two separate organizations "Walls"? Thanks!
