I started ZOHO CRM and Recruit more than a year ago. I use the CRM pretty regularly, but have not touched Recruit.  it seems like it's not too user friendly/intuitive and I don't know where to start. I've looked into Crelate and Loxo, and like them a lot. Does anyone have user experience with another ATS/CRM system they like, or perhaps better for this forum to tell me if Zoho can stand up to their offerings?
