1. Let's say I have 4 team members including me. I would be the only one for now with super admin. I would have the others set up to "only" view their contacts, deals, etc. Can the team members still assign contacts and tasks to one another in those situations? In many cases, we work as a team and assign clients and tasks. On the other hand, we do keep some autonomy on personal transactions. Hope this makes sense.
2. I have found a work around for this question but it is kinda a pain. Is there a way to link a spouse, partner, etc? We sell real estate and having this ability to place more than one contact in a "Deal" would be awesome. Right now my only work around seems to be adding the spouses as a company and linking the company to the deal. Does this make sense and is there a better work around or something I am missing?
3. Is there a way to bring a team member into a note or deal? For instance, some platforms will allow you to @team member name to alert them of a note or comment. I am trying to determine whether this platform will offer the amount of team communication I would need.
