I have added 3 new users to Zoho One and have chosen to have their password generated automatically. Next, I have sent the email notification for them to join. Where is the password? Why is it not sent in the email with the invitation or in a separate email?
I have had to manually go in an reset the password and email it to them directly. I'm not sure why this is. Shouldn't they be able to get in on their own once an invite is sent?
