New User Question
Hi Guys,
I have just started using Zoho Assist to provide remote tech support and I have a question please.
I have added the code to embed remote support into our website, however it seems that the user can't just enter the session ID and click connect without having to download Join.exe first.
Is this normal or am I misunderstanding something please?
