I've searched and see stuff about ical, but no clue what to do with the url.  It says " use the following address to access your calendar from other applications. You can copy and paste this into any calendar product that supports the iCal format" ...but how do I paste that link into my phone? 
Make it easy for us already!  Need better instructions!  HELP!
