Renovamos después del tiempo el dominio, y luego de eso se cayó el servicio de correo. Seguimos las indicaciones que se indican en
este articulo, sin embargo, hasta el momento solo podemos recibir correos pero no enviar. Hemos actualizado los registros MX, SPF, y DKIM correctamente. Además, actualizamos el CNAME con <el número de único de Zoho mail>.validate.zoho.com, y todo sigue igual.
Hemos creado varios tickets hacia Zoho, escrito correos al soporte de Zoho mail, pero no tenemos respuesta y es el tercer día sin servicio. ¿Hay algo más que podamos hacer?, ¿Zoho debe hacer algo de su lado para que se restaure el servicio de correo?, ¿hay algún canal de comunicación que Zoho mail conteste rápido?
