No Incoming Call Notice - SalesIQ Mobile App
Hi there!
When a visitor selects Call instead of chat, I do not receive notifications of incoming calls on the SalesIQ mobile app. I receive a notice of a Missed Chat after the visitor hangs up. I think the Calls are still in Beta? It is a pretty cool feature and I would love to be able to use it as our staff works from their mobile devices instead of at a desktop.
