No response to ticket, Invalid Contact ID error on all flows
I've had a ticket open for almost a month now (
#33795135). No one has replied since the first email asking for me to turn on developer access. Is anyone supporting this anymore?
We have two simple Flows (Onboarding and Offboarding) that make Zoho Desk tickets from new rows in Google Sheets. They suddenly started throwing "Invalid Contact ID" errors even though nothing had been changed. I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix this, and Zoho's own instructions on how to avoid this error don't work. I need a response or we're just going to cancel our subscription, as we've had a whole month without the support we supposedly paid for.
