Notebook cannot use after creating an account

Notebook cannot use after creating an account

I got the app via Google Play Store. I created an account and signed up on my Android phone, then I cannot use it anymore. It has been showing "Initailising Notebook, hang on a sec." on the screen for over ten minutes. I can not see my preview notes on pc, either. Tried to restart under VPN, still doesn't work.
How can I solve this problem?
I chose US data center by mistake while I am in China. This message might help.
My Android version is 10 and phone model is Huawei Mate 10 (ALP-AL00).
