Noticed a few issues.

I have been using ZR for a while and these are the issues or problems I am encountering

1. Formatting in email template is always incorrect. How much I keep it to one font it changes and the line spacing is always off. 
2. When a candidate submit an attachment with small file name, it never overwrites. So one have duplicate attachments with same file name.
3. Candidate portal is great, but these are the observations
  1. When candidate applies they do not receive email submission
  2. Candidate portal - has limitations with input fields. 
  3. Candidate portal does not have GDPR option. (If candidate/ applicant applies via my website they get directed to Webform and then they get all layout fields and GDPR option)
  4. When candidate attach new resume nothing gets over written or added in portal or ZR
  5.  Attachments - JPEG is not an option anymore. Most ppl use jpeg when scanning or taking pic of degree etc
4. How about  a quick button to generate format resume. 
5. Could any candidate(user) modifications be highlighted especially if candidate update resume. 
6. In the signature: Would be nice if they predetermine social media icons. 


Has anyone else experienced these short comings. And if yes, what is your solution?
