The notifications on iOS are in a separate tab. So if I open and reply all the ticket, it doesn't clear the notification, I need to go to the notification tab for them to dismiss. Why it doesn't work like email, where the notification on the app give you the number of unopened tickets. 

I want to say that other than that, I really like the app, it's a pleasure to work with it and the design and UX is very nice.
