Hi Zoho

I'm using the ZOHO desk app and i'm having trouble activating push notifications. I've change the setting in my app setting and also activated push notifications in the app but when i return to the settings "push notifications" is again unselected. I'm using a Huawei that is not Playstore activated, could this be the issue? is there a Zoho Desk app for Huawei?
