I am working with a company that provides outsourced sales and lead generation services. We schedule appointments for our clients and currently do not have a shared calendar that we and our clients may access and interact with.
I need to set up a calendar to share with clients. It must be interactive so that they can add/delete/modify events. - D
Internally, I just set up Zoho CRM...so we can share calendars, but not with our clients. It could be done if we set them up as users in our system, but we do not want to go there.
Reading the posts, it looks as if the Shared Calendar feature is still not available. Is that still true? What is the best way to set up multiple shared calendars? Is there some kind of "work-around" until Shared Calendar is out? Google has this. I think I can sync or import a Google Calendar into Zoho..how does that work? It sounds like a pain. I really don't want to have to be importing and exporting calendars manually...defeats the point really.
Secondly, can I set up secure portals for my clients, in which we can share calendars, documents, etc? Do I have to pay for this? What are the limits on number of groups, storage, etc? What is the best way to do this...under Groups, Projects, Notebook?
