odified time 1 hour behind
I have my time zone set to "(GMT -5:0) Eastern Standard Time ( EST )" because I live in the state of North Carolina in the United States. Whenever I go to make a change anywhere it says the last modified time was 1 hour behind the current time- even though I know for a fact that I made the change 2 seconds ago.
Please fix this!
