Hi There,

I'm currently on a trial of TeamInbox and finding it great but wanted to ask if it's possible to add our O365 Shared Mailboxes in. Had no problems with personal but I just get a message saying "Sorry, request cannot be actioned". How do I go about adding it in to test things out?
